Comparisons to Back Breaker

What is with everyone comparing Madden NFL 10 to Back Breaker? That game has released all of three video's, with zero game play. I don't think the Madden Staff team is trying to replicate Back Breaker's game. We have absolutely no idea what Back Breaker is going to be like as a game, and the same goes for Madden 10 right now, how are so many of you already ragging on the staff team and game after one video that was not even designed to show off real game play, just a couple highlights from the Super Bowl?

I don't think you can compare the two games...ever really because BB uses a completely different type of animation system than Madden does... so they will never be comparable IMO.

actually there are tons of vids on IGN.com.....just sayin.....but I do agree you can't compare madden to a game that hasn't even come out yet, I think if backbreaker's use of natural motion is successful EA will try the same.....IMO

Personally.. i haven't really liked much of what i've seen from BB... i think the juke moves and stuff they use are bad.. they player doesnt even TRY to fake anyone out.. the players look like they are ALWAYS jogging when they run... i haven't seen one video yet of a guy running like he is actually TRYING to get somewhere fast... I dont know... the tackles look alright... but i would still take Madden over BB any day at this point.... and like people are saying .... it's basically a totally different game... not comparable...

If I had a nickel for everytime I heard about BB, I would have a bag full of nickels. If this game is so out of this world, why hasn't been released?

its an arcady game, which is why we dont like it. but the things that backbreaker has, like euphoria, are things that would put madden over the top.

I never said I didn't like it The thought of EVERY TACKLE BEING DIFFERENT is very intriguing indeed. I mean, everytime you sit down to play the game, no matter how long you've played it for, you will ALWAYS see something new... that is very impressive in my book. I can't think of a better way to replicate what you see on Sunday.
