Dont worry man, Ian will take care of the hardcore sim people

He was talking about doing some of the wildcat in videos. But he first has to get back into the office ect ect and Im sure we will see some all-pro difficutly gameplay(I hope)

I went through the same exact emotions. The thought of having to go another year without a current football title made me FREAK OUT!!!! That is exactly what the trailer did. EA should really let the developing team have a say with the marketing team on what should be on the video. That trailer did so much more bad than it did good.

I hope Ian does it on All Madden. To really showcase how hardcore it can get.

Re: Fallon's Show vs the Trailer

The footage on Fallon's show was better. Much of the footage in the sizzle trailer looked too disjointed and didn't flow well. Actual gameplay looked better

encouraging:
- the incomplete pass by Fallon. Not sure what they rated him, but was nice to see his accuracy off. Nothing odd that stuck out about the ball trajectory as in the past
- like the old school playcall interface
- QB drops look better than previous next gen efforts
- blocking looks more cohesive. ol/dl interaction looked better than the trailer
- presentation approach seems last gen-ish

discouraging:
- By that same token of the incomplete pass, when they were backstage Fallon hit an accurate deep pass seemingly off his back foot
- not many signs of individuality/lack of signature style
- not a fan of cutscenes
- players still seem far too agile/lack the need to plant appropriately to change directions
- seems offense/defense still don't form huddles

Re: Fallon's Show vs the Trailer

Can someone please post the Jimmy Fallon show video? I thought it was the one with Phil, but apparently this one has all the presentation elements that I've been looking for.
