Sticking to the topic of the thread, I think the legwork of the passing motions in NFL2K5 are a great point of reference for tweaking the passing animation. I've been playing it all weekend, and the leg movements look pretty natural. The follow-throughs are suspect, but the leg movement on the animation itself is pretty excellent.
