Knowing what you know now (we all are at various levels of what we know will be in the game vs. won't be in the game I'm sure), list out just your top 3 things you're hoping still make it into this year's release for you.
To clarify, I'm NOT going to list the Auto Replay Slider or improved passing pocket anymore cuz I know they've been confirmed for this year already. I'm only listing things I'm not sure are going to be in at the moment.

I'm just thinking this may be a nice little summary thread for us to look at to see what we're all thinking at the moment along these lines.

And...we're all different, so no need to bash or mock someone else's listing just cuz theirs are different than yours. There's been enough of that, no?
And no need to bash Ian/Team, either. They don't deserve it, period.

uh, the big ones:

1. full online franchise : with our online friends and ability to manage it over the web.
2. for either online franchise or online leagues: full user drafts with our own 'draft boards' and user picks
3. custom OVR ratings and playlist: basically let us define our own OVR ratings equation and custom playbook play sheets (think mp3 playlist or coaches' laminated play sheets) for use in practice mode and situational playlists, just like real nfl coaches use.

1. FULL Broadcast-style TV Presentation, both during the game and before/after games. Half-time too.

2. Looser player animations. The latest trailer still has players looking like they're in slow-motion with a semi-robotic cadence. Things need to get faster and the players need more "Swagger" in their natural movements.

3. Chaos. Meaning, the ability for amazing and unpredictable things to happen - like players tapping a ball around in the air and it landing in the hands of a player lying flat on his back in the endzone. Wacky things that sometimes happen. For some reason everything in Madden seems choreographed - there's no room for those occasional "WHAT THE F*&#" occurrences that happen in real football games.

-NOTE, I do not mean I want Brett Favre moonwalking or Defensive Backs using "The Force" to intercept passes right out of the hands of recievers...

The football itself should not just be a point of focus - it should be an actual game object with physics and the game code should allow for individual players to interact with it as such - aka, bouncing off hands and helmets, getting kicked around, etc... for whatever reason, the football in Madden just seems like the point where all the players heads turn toward and run to.

~The ball get's deflect by one defender, then hits another defender's helmet, then the other defender turns to grab it - but the WR snatches it out of the air and get's the TD.

Just crazy stuff.
