Ian I have a serious problem!!

Yes I know, NO Hey Ian threads but I could not think of an alternative title so mods please don't close the post...

I don't know who will be able to help me with this but I have had a really weird problem with Madden online, I went to access it and it said the servers were unavailable so I waited a little while and it connected to the server but had me go through what you have to go through when you sign up for the EA things you know TOS, e-mail can they send me e-mail regarding EA products etc. and then I filled those things out and put in my original info and it signed me in under a different account with the ID of "recycle24449" or "recycle2449" one of those 2 and erased all of my games played online but kept all of my setting from EAsportsworld.com, this is very frustrating for me, does anybody knw what I can do and possibly can you see if this is fixable Ian? I know its not your position to do all these types of things but some input would be highly appreciated...

Title could have been "I have a serious problem" then you wouldn't have to worry about being closed.

It's almost like you've tried your hardest to get it locked.

You could just call their tech support... they do get paid for that.
