Double Teams?

Forgive me if this is a noob question, but I have not bought madden (next gen) since 07 and was reading about how this years game will feature defensive assignments. Does this mean we will be able to "double team" a receiver on the other team? I remember in 2k5 you could put two defensive backs on one reciever. You could make this also happen at the line of scrimmage before the ball was hiked. Has this been in previous versions? If not, will it be in this years game?

He's talking about 2 DBs covering one receiver. Man Coverage looks to work this year so we'll see.

Not offensive line doubtle team blocking. (which imo they're working on. We've see clips of it, buts its not fully working. Tuning if you will)
