well yea, i agree w/ that...it's just that how can any player be truly "elite" if they aren't smart at their position. smarts is what keeps a player around a few years after their prime. look at zach thomas...he lost his speed, but he was so smart that he was able to read where the play was headed cuz he had high awareness, and that negated the effect of him being slow
