I think the best ways for the Madden team to implement custom throwing styles into the game would be to just have these players come in and throw a few passes, heck, even if it was only 5 or 6, just so they can mocap their motions properly. Much like the Tiger Woods PGA Tour games.

And how about VY and his side arm motion?
