How big of an impact will the 5-10% SLOWER gamespeed be?

but they also need to fix the running (sprinting, change of direction, leaning, etc.) or it will still look the same.

Unless they change what the default is, you will want to tinker with it. As of CD, default was Slow on Pro with a speed differential of 20... the game plays best on Normal at All Pro with speed diff. at 50.

Yeah, I strongly advised that they don't ship it on slow. But we'll see...

Normal seemed just right to me, but I would like to mess around with the other stuff to see if I can get it even tighter. Just the idea of being able to do that is crazy to me. I'm looking forward to just doing that, lol.

I definitely liked normal with tweaked differential best. And even then to me the pass rush did not set up as fast as it needed to.

I'm not sure I like it being slower.

If they make it slower, they better add more frames per animation... otherwise it'll be like watching slow-motion slide-show replays every play.

Why can't they add a gameplay-speed slider?

Didn't a previous Madden game have that? Or was that NFL 2Kx?

This way you can choose how fast or slow the game moves and everyone is happy.
