I was just trying to get a response from the forum crowd as to which Madden was the best game for the last gen.

Just recently bought a XBOX.

Basically just looking for which Madden has the best to offer, everything from gameplay, presentation to franchise.

definitely 07 had a great franchise and really enjoyed playing it to this day but any how every one agrees that last gen 2K5 was king.

Yeah 2k5 is a great game. It was the game that I bought the day I bought the XBOX a couple weeks ago. It was pretty cool getting on the 2K rosters website and downloading the updated rosters to play with.

I just need my Madden fix and it seems like everytime I go back to the PS3 for a Madden game I get bored. Looking for the last gen Madden game to give me that.

I personally preferred Madden 05 to NFL 2k5. I really wanted to like 2k5 too, I am a presentation nut but Madden's Gameplay won me over. You really cannot say enough about NFL 2k5, they set the bar for Presentation that has yet to be touched.

To me Madden 06 was the best. I rented 05 and I didn't like it.
