I'm not sure what they are doing with presentation. All I HOPE for is this:

1. It's fun to watch.

2. It makes you look forward to making big plays and seeing them cheerfully analyzed.

3. It celebrates your accomplishments without going overboard (aka Backtrack)

4. It's well done and not just thrown into the game to appease 2K5 fans.

5. It brings the fans into the game more, as opposed to just being the players, X's and O's all the time.

I hope it compliments the game and doesn't stand out like some sort of gimmick.

Exactly... I am basing this off of previous years of marketing hype towards Madden's presentation.

I remember back when MaddenMania and Maddennation were around we would make threads asking if the presentation would be as good if not better than NFL2k5's but each year it is always "We will look into that next year and im going back to Madden 2003 when I say that lol.

No disrespect to Ian or any of the Ea devs because im LOVING the gameplay aspects I am hearing of Madden 10 but when it comes to presentation I have to see it to believe it...

I think the presentation will really wow is this year. Think about it, if it was just a upgrade they would have showed us a tidbit by now instead of waiting to unveil it at E3.

Yeah ok...lol..they did the same last year with the Madden Mondays.... Everyone was hype because they didn't show the "beyond presentation" yet. Come June the Madden Monday blog was released and things really didn't change.

LETS HOPE!!!

Well this is a new team and Ian has a good reputation so I believe him when he says the presentation will be good.

This is exactly what Madden needs. Am I expecting all of this to be in Madden 10? I have my reservations. I certainly hope so. The lack of broadcast camera angle options is the underlaying issue since it is the one visuall element that dominates 95% of the Madden experience. If I cant see the game the way I see it on Sunday, then I will be passing (not to receivers, but on this purchase.) I think presentation will be improved over last year.
