MORE REALISTIC MAN COVERAGE

This year I hope they seriously improve man coverage. In 09 man coverage is use the same way zone is used in the NFL. Most NFL teams run man coverage most of the time. Its sad that man gets toast so bad on hot routes. Making man better would really make great corners on the game the same as the NFL. Its not about INTs, its about whether or not your man can even get open.

Re: MORE REALISTIC MAN COVERAGE

i definitely agree with this. Man coverage was a joke last year and the reason most people played zone especially online. The only way to get proper man coverage was if you had a fast corner, which is not realistic at all. The good thing is the developers have already improved on this issue by introducing new WR/DB interaction, which they explained in a previous blog. I'm excited to see how it works in M10, can't wait for some gameplay videos.

Re: MORE REALISTIC MAN COVERAGE

I know the team is working hard on madden 10.I just had to post this becouse, there is no way a receiver rated in the 70's should beat a top rated corner on any route in man coverage...

Notice that 75% of threads are started by guys who just joined the forums. New guys, there's a search button, use it.

EDIT: In fact, 6 of the top 7 threads right now have been started by guys who have joined in February 2009 or later. Meanwhile, threads started by veterans like LBzrule get constantly pushed to the second page and forgotten. Maybe they should institute a rule preventing anyone with less than 3 months of experience from starting a thread.

Co-sign. Nothing personal but there's been too many of these posts about issues that's already been addressed and/or talked about. Please start using the search engine.
