Re: Mouthguards??

I cant believe people still get upset about this stuff. The game's team consists of a number of people. Not just Ian & Donny. This stuff DOES matter. Why would they have added SO many new accessories if it DIDN'T matter?

Few guys who wear em:

Re: Mouthguards??

Okay, to all the people who hate all the meager little things that people throw tiffs over:

This isn't some ficky nonsense like sock length or how many inches are between each bar in LT's facemask. This is a damn mouthpiece. Why can eye black get in the game but not a mouthpiece? Its not like a hole in the helmet. It's in the players' faces. Nearly every close shot of the game has the player in question's face in it. And A LOT of players rock the pieces. Recently Reggie Bush and Devin Hester started wearing them. They're a common piece of equipment.

How nitpicky is it to ask for a mouthpiece? C'mon people...save it for the thread about how far back a DE's back leg goes when he settles into position. Not a legit gripe like this.

Let people complain about the color and whether it connects to the masks or not for Madden 11. Just getting some kind of mouthpiece in this year would be good enough for me.

Re: Mouthguards??

yea mouth pieces don't seem that nickpicky compared to other things-there are bigger problems though. But I do want to see mouth pieces..who cares about hand warmers really, I think mouth pieces are a "bigger little" thing. But really there are more important things though they seem like they are being fixed..OL/DL..nano blitzing...Rocket catching..fb diving..hb toss..speed/height being ridiculously dominant and the stars being farther from regular players. Also franchise and superstar will hopefully be saved and won't suck like every other year-that is the most important thing that hasn't really been addressed.

Newman has everything in this pic. Eye black, mouth gaurd, towel, sleeves, thin elbow bands, wrist braces, high white socks and hand warmer facing the back. The man understands looking good.

Re: Mouthguards??

I almost forgot about wrist braces. They're too big in Madden. They need to be less bulky.
