Formation Shifts.What Happen to them?

I dont know why they took Formation Shifts out of Next Gen.It really hurt the creatvity of my offesne.lt was a very good tool to keep your opponent off balance.Various formations could be shifted to create some sweet plays and headaches for the defense.I WANT THIS BACK IN FOR MADDEN 10!

One please do not bump your own topic because it is annoying and I think it is agaist the rules. PLease also don't double are triple post neither. And yes the shift formation really needs to be put back in the next gen console madden. I remember it been in madden 07 ps2 version. But I really didn't use it all that much. But it would be nice to have back in.

I 100% agree with you Da. Now, playing APF, formation shifting versus real opponents is considered by some as cheese, but versus computer I find it fun and realistic. Sure wish Madden would just put back in all the features that have been in previous versions and I would be plenty happy.

I don't see how using shift formation agaist people online is cheesing. I mean if it is cheesing. Then most of the nfl teams in real life football most be cheesing quite alot I guess. Because formation shifting happens in real life nfl aswell.

Yes but teams in the NFL only shift formation once per play, people online would be doing muliple formation shift before snapping the ball...

Well that is true to. But o well I don't play online that much. I find playing online agaist people who want to rank up by cheating and cheesing all day is very lame.. When it comes down to it. Who really cares bout rank online. Some people might but most don't. I guess it all depends on the person.
