I too think its a waste of disk space. What happened to the days of old, when playing the game over and over gets you better at it? Its just a gimmick to sell the games to those that want a crutch when they play madden.

And were you not able to turn it off on 09? i would go back and look myself, but i sold it on eBay in February.

This feature is for the rookies and first time players. Why are you worried about this? It will already be turned off!

Its not about it being turned off, its about the space it takes up that could be used for something more interesting. things like more animations, more commentary lines so that the old ones don't recycle so often or more options when creating or editing players.

Like i said, i understand noobs want that little extra help, but how many noobs buy it compared to the faithfull that buy it every year? Sheesh, if they want help that bad...get a wii and the wii version

That little feature hardly takes up anything, also space is not an issue. There are many people besides us at OS, who don't understand how to perform basic tasks in Madden, but are football fans. These people don't want to buy a Wii because they don't like the graphics and they would feel like a little kid playing it. Most football fans want a video game that at least looks like the real sport. This feature just gives newbies an extra chance to redo the play and it's optional. This will be already turned off so don't worry about it.
