Does the part in RED mean there will not be as much "clipping" this year due to the change in technology, or am I misunderstanding what Ian is saying here?

Yea unfortunately I didn't know he'd be posting other pics when I made my thread cause he was talking about the Packer Panther game he played. I'll see if I can get a mod to change the title.
