Madden on the PS3 needs more attention

I don't have a PS3 (but rather a Xbox 360) and never played a Madden game on PS3. Strangely, I had no clue the games were different for different consoles. I thought the games were alike in both systems.

Anyway, at least PS3 owners are lucky to have a console that will not constantly breakdown with the RROD -- thanks to Microsoft's faulty console. Damn Microsoft!

system wars aside... All I want from the PS3 version is this.

Bring back pressure sensitive face buttons.... (so you make those nice touch throws over a LineBacker's head over the middle)

I remember after a couple of years after the original XBOX was released EA and 2k took advantage of the original XBOX's strengths and had better looking Football games on the XBOX than the PS2....even though the PS2 had a higher install base (like how the 360 has now).... I think they can make the PS3 version look better if they wanted to, just by judging how good MLB The Show 09....this game is TRUE 1080p, has HDR (like realistic lighting in Madden 07) and still ran at 60fps.... imagine a football game that looked as realistic as MLB The Show.

Screenshot/youtube feature would be fine...but EA has their own youtube replay thing so I doubt they would want to do this.

7.1 sound would be nice....but Madden hasn't always been about atmosphere so I don't know if we would notice the difference anyway.

This thread is just ridiculous with all of it's misinformation and system fanboysim.

How is it even still open?
