I know that dynamic weather has been discussed, but based on the fact that Tiger Woods has the Weather Channel as it's dynamic weather director, and the fact that during the coin toss, and in the franchise mode game screen it shows the temp from the weather channel, I would like to think that this is an indication that it's in.

All they would have to do is steal TW10's code right? a few tweaks...
