Has anyone heard anything about Madden's Franchise draft? Since Josh Looman is taking control of Madden 10 franchise mode, how similar will it be?

Any details that are swirling at this point?

Really hasn't been much out there of the draft or the preentation of the draft.

Did they hint on when they may be previewing it? I'm a pretty big Heas Coach fan but I really love their draft presentation.

For some of you that havent played it, each draft highlights a number of players. Virtual Adam Schefter will come on throughouot the season and breakdown how the "college season" is going, keep you up to date on the heisman race and even highlight the best at each position. Some players have nicknames and by the time the draft rools around, you get to know their names. Some players are great but some can be busts.

Virtual Todd McShay comes on before the draft and gives you his "Mock Draft". Like the real draft, its just a guess and doesnt play out like the mock.

During the draft, if a team picks the highlighted players, Schefter will come on and talk about the player. For instance, one offensive lineman is only 19 coming into the league. Another is from Northwestern and has been OL of the year 3 straight years with a 4.0 GPA.

They also compare draft prospects to current and former NFL players. If someone is compared to Tom Brady, you can pretty much bet he's gonna be a stud.

Yeah...there have been a few threads that have discussed what the draft, FA, etc would be like. Here's a current thread with some solid info about what is/isn't confirmed thus far.

Nothing really have been said yet. But they will start doing franchise blogs sometime in the next few weeks. Josh promised this 4 months ago.
