Why cant EA do this in the extra point show?

Because cpu vs. cpu simmed games do not actually have any plays to show replays of. So all the replays would just be made up and not stuff that actually happened except for the replays of games that you actually played.

That does not make it an instant good thing. lol A lot of people seem to want this. I do not know if they realize that the plays would just be made up and not actually stuff that happened. I just do not really care for it I guess.

I would rather have no highlights from around the league than have a bunch of made up ones that never actually happened.

What are you talking about? we want this in franchise mode! Also scores from around the league are made up in franchise mode during the season. So whats your point exactly? This would add more excitment than just seeing week 1 bears 17 vikings 10.

The scores are not made up. They are the results of an actual simmed game. The problem is that actual simmed games do not have visible plays.
Like if you supersim a game. Stuff happens but you do not actually see the players on the field. The cpu computes the results of the plays instead of showing them.

I am not trying to argue with you. I honestly do not think that everybody is aware of the fact that they would just be watching made up plays so I wanted to bring it to everybody's attention.

If they add this they could lose the development time to add something that could be more meaningful.

If you feel that watching made up plays is that important then that is your right.
