I really think that 10 is going to be a great game. But 11 is going to be THAT much better (overall).

The same could be said for all yearly sports games...

each one improves year by year so they are basically always "a work in progress".

Very true. No sports game is ever going to be 100% complete.
With that said, I believe Madden 11 will be significantly improved over Madden 10 (which is already going to be a great game).
