The same broken field goal camera angle? Say it isn't so!!

I know it is a total non issue to most, but this is just so annoying for me.
From what I have seen it looks like the same field goal camera angle was kept from last year's game.

You know.. that great camera angle that cuts away to a sideline shot of the goal post as the ball approaches the cross bar, so you can't actually see the ball go through the uprights or just narrowly miss.

I realize I may place a higher priority on field goals than most, but I have always loved just kicking field goals, and watching them actually go through the goal posts, bounce off, or just narrowly miss.
This camera cut away just totally kills all suspense and takes the fun out of kicking big field goals for me.. which is a big part of the game.

Ian, how in the world do you look at this and not see the problem here?

I cannot see the freakin ball cross the uprights (during live game, not replays) !!!! 2 years in a row? come on now.. This should just not be happening.

Actually i wanted more dynmaic camera angles for fieldgoals....i dont mind the one camera from behind the kicker but i think there should be more various angles...but angles that dont distract from us seeing the ball go thru

Well it doesnt really bother me so much, you do got a point. I wonder how long this would take to fix, but it would be kind of nice if it was easy and they could get it in before the game goes gold.

It sorta cut like exactly after the ball passed, but it was sort of a side angle that showed the ball go through. I like the normal straightup field goal cam. Just dead centre.

I prefer less cut-aways, myself. I would like to see a choice in camera settings: follow the ball, or a view from the kicker. I also hope for an option to kill all the cutscenes after tackles. I prefer to see the plays unfold w/o cutting away/changing the angle.

I love the cinematic view in Head Coach '09 for field goals. Once the ball is kicked the camera switches to the behind the goal post as it does in televised games.

Ya this something that would be really nice if they was to addressthis. That can get annoying after while. But heck the kicking game in itself needs to be redone aswell. But if we have to live with the cam. for another year then it want be a game killer.
