ITs pretty much the same team! You get a few new guys here and there that come and go, but thats true with any company. The core people i believe are still the same.

How is it that they need to grow up a little? Hell, i been gaming since i was a kid in the early 80's with my atari 2600. Its just really hard to play a game that is inferior to a game that came out in 2004.

I been watching football games since 1983 or so, football is my favorite sport. I been playing football games since them hand held LCD screens. I am a football nut, yet i cant enjoy an NFL football game anymore becuase its sup par. Sorry for asking to much. WHo would have thought that football games dont get better after 5 years. Shame on me for thinking that it would get better.

It's a public discussion forum! Everything that I say has to contribute to somehing? I am merely offering an opinion. I can easily say the same to you. Why are you reading my responses, why not say "meh, I'll pass" then bounce.

And those guys have way more time that I do or atleast care to spend more time here than I do. I am at work and have nothing better to do at the moment. And I contributed plenty in the wishlist threads so there!

No, its not been good for all these years. Madden 05 was OK at best. It still was imo pretty bad. Madden 09 was the first madden i have gotten since like 1997 i think. After that gameday came out for the PS and it was better, then in 2000 we got the 2K series and i been all over that since because well, the other game is inferior.

how, i seen videos of Ian talking about it last year. He's the new head guy, but i highly doubt there is alot of "new" guys. If there is, then my bad, but i am sure Ian's been around a year or 2. I even had a youtube link about him talking about 08's game.

Way to assume there buddy. I guess you missed the part that I have played Madden my whole life like probably the majority of the people here. I have tried to enjoy next-gen Madden but it is no where near last gen. My brother is still playing college football on Xbox because he refuses to go next-gen and I don't blame him. I'm shocked at how much is in that game compared to next-gen.

Back on point anyone, he has a point that the running animations look like their jogging, so hopefully they just make them take shorter faster strides. As far as 2k goes, the running game is probably the one thing they did right, other then having to tap or hold then release to sprint. That parts rubbish.

To the guy who said it still plays like a madden game, aliance something, do you think thats a bad thing? I mean it got where it is because people (myself included) liked the past-gen madden and how it played, particularly 05.

I'm sure many people here would disagree with you about this site being "Pro-Madden". Also, I'm sure many would agree (Apex already ageed) that last-gen Maddens had better running animations/physics than the ones that the next-gen/current-gen Maddens have. All of this can be improved without "scrapping everything".

pjv, you beat me to it. Not everyone is new, but the guys that are have shown improvement.

I know I'm NOT the only one who has hated Madden the past 3 years and can see the improvements this year. It's not the end all, be all, but many have asked that the direction move towards a more realistic approach and they are showing that this year.
