But I voted for the running animations, so I'm gonna have to second - or third - the motion that it just doesn't look like they're running properly. I could see being able to jog at the end like you can do in 2K5 and whatnot, but you oughta be sprinting when you're holding-down the right trigger.

Agreed. I admit that I may have forgotten how great 2k5's was. I was just happy to see Madden has finally stepped up their presentation aspect. But nothing will beat Chris F'n Berman.

In all honesty Madden is nothing but a bunch of loose ends. Name one thing about Madden that makes you go wow or say to yourself they really nailed this aspect? I say the only thing Madden has going for it is the AI when playing 1vs1.

Exactly.

When I saw the half time show video from E3 I was like "ok, I'm out". Does it improve on last years game? Sure, and by a large amount but in NO WAY shape or form is it within 2K5's. That game set the bar and it's something that EA just can't get right.

Ian said his goal is to get people to stop comparing the two. Well, he better double down next year if we really wants to achieve that goal. This years game is falling WAY short presentation wise.
