Yeah, in one of Ian's blogs he said that they turned down the top speed that the football could travel so that you'll see more of an arch on the ball and lob passes don't look like half a moon.

Ian said that now a 99 thow power qb on a bullet pass can only throw the ball 70 miles an hour whereas the average speed of bullet passes for all qbs used to be 74 mph.
