Re: Demo

It's in every game company's best interest to not release alpha software as a demo, due primarily to stability issues. The only way ea could release a demo early enough for feedback is to release an alpha version, therefore, no feedback. Besides, isn't that what cd and patching is for?

Re: Demo

Ok thank you guys. I was kind of hoping they would release the demo before NCAA 10 comes out. By time the Madden demo gets released,i won't even care lol I'm still going to purchase it.

I would agree with you, but now, in the era of the post-release-patch, I think it is valuable to release a demo for the purposes of testing. I expect a patch for most games these days. I don't know if that says anything about the state of gaming, but I do expect one for Madden 10, 100%.

Re: Demo

many are speculating that we'll see the demo either the 21st or 28th (23rd and 30th on ps3)

i for one think patching is great. games needing patches isn't new (just look at pc games), however, now console gamers can reap those benefits, too.
