He was never suspended by the NFL. The Giants suspended him but they have since cut him so he is free to sign with any team. Teams are hesitant though because they know he will be missing time whether it is due to a possible suspension coming or jail time

That is what I was thinking but wasn't 100% sure. I knew the Giants suspended him for the remainder of the season and then cut him. As of now he can play with who ever is willing to sign him until Goodell makes the decision. Can't wait to sign him to my team
