If he has not been reinstated will he be in madden?

For the record I KNOW he's in the game at this point but just wondering if he was only in because EA thought he'd be reinstated by now

Plaxico Burress hasnt been reinstated by the NFL. Its pretty simple, if you are not reinstated then that means You are not in the NFL.

We didnt have Vick last year which was a bummer for some of us mobile/running Qb fans. This year we wont be able to use Plaxico Burress.

I didn't think Burress has received a suspension from Goodell yet. According to this article

Goodell is thinking about suspending him indefinitely. So unless something has changed I don't think he is suspended yet. I could be wrong though. I just can't find anything about his suspension though.

What did Plaxico do? Everytime, when someone on telivision talks about Plaxico's suspension, they never said what he did. Poor Plaxico.

This is why we need a confirmed free agent list. Oh and to the poster above, yeah marvin harrison is in.
