I couldnt find the answers to these questions in the manual, but I know it can be done...

A) Strip Ball A Button Is what it used to be. Was this in madden 9??
B) Run Commit Push R stick down right at snap (Have to be quick)
C) Pass Commit Push R stick up right at snap (Have to be quick)

To strip the ball, press A

To pass commit, flick the right stick up when the play starts
To run commit, flick the right stick down when the play starts

To strafe, hold down to LT.

These answers are in the game itself. You can view the controller map in-game to see what each button does.

They are if you go to controller configuration and look at the defensive controls. Run commit and Pass commit are found at the playcall menu in the tips section.
