Madden 2003 on PS2.

Picked up the very first Madden ever released; think it was for the Genesis. I remember repeatedly going to Babbages or Software Etc. (forget the name) in downtown DC trying to find it because it stayed sold out initially. Just was such a demand for a simulation type football game. Think it took like a month of off/on visits and finally was able to score one

I remember "Babbages", man haven't heard of them in awhile. Good old days why did i ever have to grow up. Wish i could have stayed a toy-r-us kid forever

Madden 96 PS1

The first I ever played was the original madden football for the PC. As I recall it was ega graphics . For those of you too young to remember what that was, it supported 16 colors at 640/350 resolution.

I still have it on 5.25 inch floppy disk. If I could locate a drive I would install it just to see what it looked like. No NFL license either back then.

Same here. I always chose other football titles over madden until Gameday died. Madden on the ps2 became my favorite football title of all time and I look for my favorite features from that game to make their way to the the ps3 every year now.

Madden 92 I played the crap out of that game man. I have owned every one since.
