Hybrid LB's

I know that we will have the abilty to put OLB's at DE on passing down, like Suggs, and Ware. My question is will the computer use this abilty? I would hate to play the Ravens or the Cowboys, and see these guys not on the field in passing situations. If the CPU would do this it would add alot to the game. So does anybody have any idea? Thanks

Re: Hybrid LB's

I also would like for a DE at OLB package to be in a gew 3-4 Ds. That or allow DEs to play OLB. Its a pain not being able to take a team like the Cards and put their pass rush specialists at OLB (Berry, Laboy). Of course that example is after the roster updates but I definitly would try running a 3-4 with the bears or colts because they have undersized DEs and DTs that would be fairly decent 3-4 OLBs and 5 techs respectively. Those teams would just have a hole at NT (maybe not the bears because Harrison is 320).

I just don't like things that we can do, and the computer can't. I like to scheme, and preparing for those guys would be great.

I made a thread about that...got completly ignored lol. I really would like to know since we can't edit positions in OF, will there be 3-4 LB's in the premade draft classes.

Re: Hybrid LB's

I though that we could edit anything we want about any players while we were in franchise.

Re: Hybrid LB's

I think the Madden team handled this through specific formations. So I'm assuming that the cpu will use the hybrid LBs the right way just by using the new formations. Anybody have a list of all the new defensive formations in Madden 10?
