Online Franchise: How will draft classes work?

Sorry if this was touched on but I don't recall seeing an answer. How will imported draft classes work with online? Will we be allowed to upload our own classes? Will the commish be able to tweak the non-imported draft classes? Anyone know the skinny?? Thanks!!
