The Team chemistry seems to make more sense to have but on franchise, obviously. I think all teams that made the playoffs last year should have higher team chemistry than those that had horrible seasons. When a new player or a new addition to the the team comes in, ie Torry Holt with the Jags, Jay Cutler with the Bears, TO with the Bills, the overall team chemistry should drop until those players prove they can perform well with their new team. If they do well, team chemistry improves greatly, if they don't, there should still be a slight improvement (experience plays a part of chemistry).

The self esteem rating idea sounds ok, but I'm not sure I would want that if I am playing someone online and it's a crucial drive and it affects the outcome of the game. Maybe this is another idea for franchise.
