Is there a way we can put him in a current OD like save it offline or something? And say a player is taken retired/suspended or something is there a way to remove them from the OD?

Just like an offline franchise you will have to use an updated roster file to start it. Once you start the franchise you can only change the roster file by making changes in the franchise. Don't know why you think it would be any different.

If Mike Vick is put in the game, then you would need to start the dynasty after he is put in. Same for suspensions. Or you could not play the player if he is on a user team.

if he's reinstated , he will be in the game. if you dont want him in your online franchise you as the commish can say i dont want anyone to pick him. if they dont listen , you can kick that player off the team or ban the guy. if you do then enjoy
