Commercial Breaks

Oh most definitely. I actually brought this up a while ago here. In my opinion the best way to implement this would be to have a commercial break pop up everytime you hit the pause screen.

Instead of the bland mute pause menu, have a commercial play out.

Cant beat that. I say do it. Pause screen=commercial break.

Cant believe you cats are that close minded. Get some creative polish about yaself, lol.

Not a chance it would happen commercial companies would have to get involved etc.. unless they make if fictional somehow

I'd pass on having commercials even if they are skippable. I hate replays happening in basketball games so I turn them off. I mean it would probabaly actually be less annoying than the dunk cam or whatever but it would probabaly turn into a nuisance because it would still have to start and that breaks up gameplay.

Here's a situation. There's a minute left in the game, I'm driving down field and I get out of bounds and my opponent calls a TO to regroup. I'm then bombarded with ads for Doritos, beer, Ford trucks, Fathead posters, male enhancement, and other crap I don't care about at the time(some of it never), it could honestly ruin my concentration. If anything was added, the black screen fade for a couple seconds should probabaly be as far as it should go.

unless they did fake commercials, you wouldn't be able to push a button to skip them.....what company is going to pay for advertisement that the user could bypass at the push of a button??

They should go through all the motions like they're gonna go to commercial, then just fade to black and fade back into the game. No actual commercials.

As much as i LOVE broadcast immersion, i do not want to see commercials in Madden 10. I dont mind a few Billboards with real adds (the way NHL does it is actually cool), but no breaks in play to watch full television commercials please.

Why anyone would want to have advertisements thrown at them is beyond me.

You know what 95% of people watching a game do during commercials? Oh yeah, they go to the bathroom or get another beer, or they switch stations and watch a few minutes of a different game.

Live games on TV don't have a pause button. Madden does. This is one of the stupidest ideas I've ever seen on here.

They should sell a different version of Madden that has realistic commercials for like 15 bucks.
