Can we TURN OFF NAMES under players during action?

A few hours ago when I was playing the SB demo I was thinking about this.

If it was mentioned in the customization blog wouldnt it be safer to assume that EA is addressing these options by adding them as toggle on/off items?

Yes, I believe that is what the blog was referring to.

I think that the names under the players is a good thing they brought back from last-gen Maddens and should remain as the default, but there should be an option to turn it off. This and the old play call screen brought back old memories.

i agree...I would like the option to turn them off if I want...less clutter on the screen during the actual snap is always better for realism and overall playability...at least for me. Anyone else agree or do you enjoy seeing your user controlled player with his name on the screen as your playing out the live action?....I find it intrusive and distracting

we have always had the option of turning this off. i'm pretty sure this year will be no different. every year i turn the name thing off. i know who my players are

I agree more options are always better, plus I find it does kind of clutter the screen and well just about everything you said is how I feel really.
