My Gamestop never got the codes

I've been calling Gamestop for the past 4 days to see if they got the codes and each time I got the same lame response, " Sorry man, I didn't see them in the shipment today, maybe tomorrow." I called the gamestop that was 2nd closest to my house and the guy was furious. I asked if they had any extra 360 codes and he said he didn't. He felt really bad and said he was about to call that gamestop to see what was going on....I'm deeply dissapointed since I preordered madden from gamestop pretty much for this very reason, and they don't even have the codes. That's not a very good way to bring in customers now is it? Anyways, that's the last time I preorder Madden from that Gamestop.
