So from reading this, they make it seem like for some injuries we have to recognize the injury and call out the trainers? If so that is pretty realistic, because a player like Demeco Ryans has a hard time coming off the field because of a injury.
In the demo though, I had a TD run with a obviously injured Beanie Wells. It was cool to see, but not cool because he broke through a gang tackle on one leg then took it to the house. It was cool to see him holding one leg and favoring it though.
Also at the end of the game Fitz fractured his vertebrae...Career ending and I didn't see a cart. May have skipped past it though or it's just not in the demo I guess.
