franchise reports

i know a lot of players do the forum/online reports of their franchise. does anybody know of any slick professional looking programs i can keep a franchise offline with? i am finally getting madden 10 and want to keep a log of my franchise progress for myself but don't want to just jot down stuff on microsoft word. any programs out there? thanks in advance.

dynasty manager has a great program and a pretty look to it...but thats online not offline

on dynasty manager there are forms you can download and print out to record info on your dynasty
