Injury Question

If a player (ex. Michael Turner) gets injured w/ a mild-concussion and his risk of getting re-injured is high and i decide to sit him, will it be for the rest of the game?? or for a few series? or until i decide to put him back in?

also, since we cant see the ratings in the demo, if the chance of getting re-injured is medium to high, will some of their attributes drop that reflect their injury? (i know its been said their attributes will drop, but i haven't seen any evidence from either demo)

If you sit a hurt player u can't bring them back in yourself, if you try too it will say this player is too seriously hurt to play, So when the option comes up and sees if it says return soon or not able to to come back. The first one means they will come back at some point but like I learn in the demo its not always soon.

The attributes are said to drop I know they have animations showing the injury but I don;t know all that's affected when the game comes out we will prob be able to see when we look at the depth chart.

From what I have played of NCAA10 retail and both Madden10 demos, injured players still have a return time but some can be forced back into the game. If I press bench him, they will return when they are cleared by the doc. I had Bennie Wells hurt for 2 quarters and benched him. By the 4th quarter a pop up banner came up and said he has been cleared to play and has returned to the game.

well both of ur responses are the reason i ask this question. i like to play like i was in my own franchise, and beanie got injured w/ the mild concussion. his chance of getting re-injured was high, so i figured i would sit him for the rest of the game (if it was my franchise i would do the same for turner and play w/ norwood).

i scored the next play, and got moore to fumble on the kick return and recovered. so my offense comes back out and wells is back in the game...wtf...not even a whole "madden minute" later he is back from a mild concussion and you cant even tell he's been injured. he's still trucking and doing things a bruising back should do...

if it were my real franchise, i would go in the depth chart and take him out myself...like 4th string RB or something, i mean who wants their potential feature back or star to get injured for the season cuz the cpu decides he's good enough to get back in the game...

Just on this does anyone know that if its a ACL the cart comes out?? so that we know its a serious injury?? or do they all just limp off the same way

I know leg injuries they will bring the cart, I've seen it in the demo, I forgot who I hurt meh some steelers guy, but serious arm injuries I'm not sure, head injuries would probably cart too, my guess is w/e their system is if it's serious and they can't walk or maybe even if it is a broken arm, they'll bring out the cart, but yes there is cart cut scenes

I saw a minor leg injury and Romo just limped around no cart.
