Fight For The Fumble Cutscene

If you turn off the fight for the fumble option, does it still show that cutscene? I know it takes away the button mashing, but I would still like to see the pile-up

I thought it took away the mini game as a whole and went back to the old way.

I don't believe we lose the cutscene, just the button mashing part.

I know people think the button mashing is too arcadey, but I really couldn't think of a way to actually fight at the bottom of the pile for a ball. Some want a rating for that, but that is just a waste of time to come up with a good way of deciding that rating. The one part that I love about it though is how the bar fades away so you really aren't that sure who has it. One thing they could do is find a way to figure in a slider into it, so whoever gets on the ball first has a huge advantage

I really don't like the button pushing part of it. One it makes my finger hurt and it getts confusing when it goes to different buttons evey second. two it wears out the buttons on controller aswell. Can't afford another controller right now. So if means losing the cut scene and by cutting it off. Then so be it. The cut seen ain't that important. I like the easier way.

Me neither..it reminds me of the music games like Dance Dance Revolution,etc Maybe if it were just one button that you needed to press rapidly it wouldnt be so bad but having to jump from all four buttons and keep pace is just too much.

Also i "believe" correct me on this but i swear i heard that the cut scene stays..it just decided by the AI who gets the ball..so i have no problems turning this off. Like MMChris said, i highly doubt many will be using this..infact i feel safe with saying it wont be there next year.

They already do have this. The concept is based on the bar being filled with red either side, whoever gets the ball already has the red on their side, and the more red that is on your side, the more chance you have of getting the ball..these might explain it easier.
