How does that matter? Fact is, he was drafted by the Eagles but didn't make it in because the team assumed he wouldn't make it. IT happens every year where they decide the final 53(4) before the teams do.

What does it even matter? If he makes the final team, he will be on the roster. Fact is, the game isn't even out, no need to even worry about it.
