Will Franchise CPU have realistic season stats?

I just fired up Madden 09 to look at my past franchises. One thing I remembered that was wrong with the stats were:

-CPU QB's ALWAYS had (minimum) 66%-80% (maximum) pass completion at seasons end.
-CPU QB's ALWAYS had a QB rating above 80 to 120.
-Lack of QB linebacker sacks.
(Ware only had 2 sacks? Adalius Thomas with 2 sacks? Harrison with 3 sacks?)
-Ridiculous CPU runningback stats. YPC reached up to 6.7 for Peterson. I saw 3 guys with 6.0+ ypc. Which obviously means 2000+ rushing yards.
-Linebackers being in the top 10 in INT's.

Does anybody have any news about if these are fixed? It was so frustrating watching your rookie RB have a pro-bowl caliber season until you realized that 3 guys have 2000+ rushing yards and your guy being left out of the Pro-Bowl.
