From some of the reviews it seems some slight slider tweeks really helps the game out.

Hope this will be added!

Theres more than just slider that can make this a feature killer.

Lack of real FA and salary cap is more of a killer for me actually. Sliders seem like the much easier fix.

So are you planning on playing in a tiny Franchise, or a full Franchise ?

Because sliders really make a big effect on Hum vs CPU matchups, way more than Hum vs Hum games. It would be my guess that is why getting sliders in the initial version of Online Franchise was put on hiatus. The thought was probably more geared towards thinking people would play in 32 human run teams, so the need for sliders would be deemed small....but I really dont think that will be the case.

As for FA's and Salary Cap's....those things seem like they could be easily handled by a good Commish, and good Franchise participants.

But not being able to fix sliders, if you run a half full league, with alot of Hum vs CPU games.....would become killer if stock sliders are not up to par with normal sim players.

Yeah I agree. I was bummed at first when I heard about the lack of salary cap and FA's but it was not so much a feature killer for me.

I do plan on playing in smaller online franhcises which means more Hum Vs. CPU. I hope the sliders can be addressed by Ian and Co. this year. (fingers crossed) It would really suck to have to wait another year to really enjoy such a welcomed new feature.

reading Bill Abners website where he says the AI on all pro difficulty cant run the ball to save their lives, and he was using the BROWNS and playing vs the VIKINGS and he said he felt like he had the 78 Steelers D vs the run. But after he tweaked the sliders a lil he said the AI was running very well against him....This is a huge issue for players who planned on running a smaller Online franchise with just a few close friends. hopefully they can find a way to add sliders for OF.

This wouldn't be a killer if the game actually shipped correctly without having to adjust sliders just to make it play correctly. However, based on everything I've read and seen here, it seems like that isn't the case.

It's good to see so many people agree and have the same feelings on this issue as I do. I truly hope this is addressed.
