Yes. The draft pick value has gone down. There are a few cases where people overpaid but Terrell Owens was traded for a bag of balls and Randy Moss was dealt for a fourth, Welker a second so a 2nd and fourth is accurate.

As far as Peppers goes, a first is good. Panthers would want more but they wouldn't get more

According to who? He's got the potential to be one, but has been consistently inconsistent since he came into the league.

The Bears needed to get him because they haven't had a stalwart or even a potential stalwart at the position since Jim McMahon.

I also don't think we need individual threads on trades here but the guy was asking if it would be a fair trade in his Madden franchise, trust me, thats not something anyone is interested in the pro football forum.
