Did you notice that sometimes, one referee goes down because a player runs right into him?
Mainly he goes down because of Safetys moving backwards.
I love that feature, makes it more realistic and it's funny

A bit over done IMO, as if the safety just touch him a little bit, referee will collapse.

Yes I noticed in the demo the Refs dive out of the way and go down, etc, but it also seems that they have made the collision with the refs almost nonexistent. Meaning you can run full speed into one with WR or RB and it doesn't slow down or change the momentum of the runner... Anyone else notice this? I thought they may have tried not to harm game play since this is the first year of putting them into the game and they didn't want any kinks in the AI of the refs to affect the outcome of the game?
