I dont know if itll be out on release day, but the first roster update does include Vick. It also removes Plaxico Burress from the game as well.

Vick hasn't been confirmed on the roster because he has yet to sign with any team, or even come close.

That has nothing to do with it. He's still in the NFL, he doesnt have to be a part of a team to be included in the game.

He's not even really in the NFL yet. He's been conditionaly reinstated. Which means he "may" play this year. Why would he be in the game?
