Ok well in Madden 09 when you take off pre existing injuries Tom Brady AKA "Golden Boy" basically wins MVP's every year or so... So has anyone seen him be a MVP twice if you simmed the franchise?

I see him putting up good numbers still but the Pats dont seem to be the juggernaut anymore. The Steelers in my current franchise have won the super bowl twice in a row and lost in the AFC championship the third year.

They were going for their 4th one in a row when they lost if you include the one from 2008. They won in 2009, 2010, and almost made it in 2011.
