What I mean is what is the difficulty setting where all player ratings are at their default and not skewed to make the game harder/easier? I'm guessing it's either Pro or All Pro.
That's what I want my starting point to be and to make adjustments from there if necessary. Has EA ever come out and said what it is officially?

The game is tuned to All-Pro.
