A Simmed Lions Franchise Tracking Draft/Progression

I only went through 1 season so far but it seems like there are more players progressing than regressing. You seeing this?

I thought he was using NCAA10 Draft Classes, that would've been better seeing how the NCAA players translate into Madden.
